Edmond, OK, April 4, 2016 – Jimmy’s Egg, LLC opens the 49th Jimmy’s Egg® at 2801 Pine Lake Road, Lincoln, NE on April 4, 2016. This will be the 34th restaurant to open outside of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and will employ approximately 25 people. The restaurant will seat 122 customers in booths, tables or at the counter where customers get a front row seat to the open kitchen concept. The restaurant provides free Wi-Fi internet access to its customers and hot breakfast and lunch catering options to the community.
