OKLAHOMA CITY, October 31, 2017 – Jimmy’s Egg® Franchise Group, JE Ark Egg, LLC, is set to open its second Arkansas location at 2859 W Martin Luther King Blvd, Fayetteville, AR, to the public in November 2017. This is their second opening for the franchise group in 2017. The new 3500 square foot restaurant will accommodate 110 customers in comfortable booth and table settings, counter seating with full view of the open kitchen concept and a 58 person meeting room. This location will be the 59th restaurant for the award winning chain and will feature quality breakfast and lunch entrees served every day from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The restaurant will employ approximately 25 people.
JE Ark Egg, LLC, is a partnership group led by Hunter Boelte, Franchise Owner. The development agreement states the group will open six to eight locations in Arkansas and surrounding areas. In addition to Fayetteville, Boelte is exploring options to expand into northwestern Arkansas including Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista and Springdale. Boelte also has the franchise rights to Fort Smith and Branson, Missouri.
