To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in any promotional message you get from us. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages. These include responses to your questions or other necessary information about your account.

We do not control these third parties’ privacy practices or tracking technologies. If you have any questions about targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. FRANCHISEE PRIVACY PRACTICES

Many Jimmy’s Egg restaurants are owned and operated by franchisees or licensees, who are independent businesspersons. Some franchisees and/or licensees also operate websites or provide mobile device applications. These websites and apps are not operated by Jimmy’s Egg and are not subject to this Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy of each site and mobile app to determine the privacy policies of that site.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Sites are intended for individuals over eighteen (18) years of age. We do not target children and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen (18). When a user discloses personal information on our Services, that user is representing to us that he or she is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
